給table或sp權限

sp_u_spname => sp的名稱 或 table 名稱

test_acc => 把權限給ap_role這個帳號或群組

grant all on dbo. sp_u_spname to test_acc

or

Grant all on book.dbo. sp_u_spname to test_acc
